Pada tahapan setelah proses Pembuatan Clinker selanjutnya kita masuk ke tahapan penghalusan semen atau Cement Grinding
Setelah melewati Cooler(pendingin) tadi ,Klinker ini kemudian akan dilewatkan ke Finish Mill. Lihat gambar
oleh equipment ini lah maka Klinker berubah lagi menjadi powder. Jadi di dalem Cement Mill ini klinker tadi di giling , dihancurkan pake bola-bola besi (steel ball)lihat penampakan isi Finish Mill.
Cemen Mill nya berputar putar sehingga bola-bola tersebut menghancurkan klinker menjadi powder lagi. Bentuk Cement Mill atau Finish Mill seperti gambar di atas.

Sebelum digiling, biasanya komposisi Klinker ditambah oleh bahan-bahan tambahan seperti Gipsum, Pozzolan, Trash dan lain yang lain nya.

Setelah halus, klinker ini berubah namanya menjadi hasil akhir yaitu semen.
Semen ini kemudian ditampung di Cement Silo (silo semen) sebelum akhirnya dikirim ke Bin Cement untuk proses Packing and Dispatch.

Disinilah berakhir proses produksi semen .
